This dessert is perfect for summer, and getting the kids involved in the kitchen. I love the use of fresh summer fruit and making a delicious fruity pizza. The kids will enjoy putting this pizza together as much as they love eating it!

 

 

What you need:

  • 1 pie crust dough, thawed
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • assortment of fruit (you can use anything in season)
  • sugar (for sprinkling)

Begin by cooking the pie crust in a glass dish in a 450 degree preheated oven. (make sure to generously poke holes in the crust before cooking)

Bake 11-13 mins or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and milk. Beat on medium for 2-4 mins, until smooth and spreadable consistency.

When pie crust has cooled, remove from glass dish. Spread cream cheese mixture on pie crust in a thing layer.

Top with fruits, as much as you please! If you have a sweet tooth, sprinkle with sugar right before serving. Enjoy
