I love mushrooms, I bought these perfect looking baby bellas and couldn't resisit making stuffed mushrooms. The crispy top and the meatiness of the mushroom make the perfect savappetizer. They are so quick to put together and so worth it.







What you need:



  • 1 pkg baby portabella mushrooms, stemmed
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Begin by preheating oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs,parmesan,italian seasoning,sprinkle of pepper, and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Stuff mushrooms with mixture and place on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 mins, until tops are golden.
