In light of National Beer Day, I thought I would highlight an easier than you think baked wing recipe. Wings are awesome any day of the week, they are perfectly sized, slathered in sauce, and compliment beer perfectly!

What you need:

  • 1 pkg wings (about 15) cut in half, discard wing tips
  • 1-2 tsp each: garlic powder,paprika,black pepper,oregano,salt
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • bbq sauce of choice
  • you can add honey to make Honey BBQ or chipotle to make Chipotle BBQ *optional*

Preheat oven to low broil (or just broil if you don't have a low broil)

In a large bowl, toss in wings, seasoning, and flour. Toss until evenly coated. Add in olive oil and toss until well coated.

Place wings on a sheet pan in a single layer. Broil for 30-45 mins or until cooked through, turning every 15 mins.

In a bowl, toss wings in BBQ sauce. Place under broiler for another 3-5 mins. Serve immediately
