Spinach dip is a party classic that never fails. It’s creamy, cheesy and brimming with antioxidant packed spinach. 

Served warm, this creamy dip compliments the crunchy garlic toast beautifully. 

 

Whether you’re going to a family potluck or a girl’s night in, this is a surefire winner.  Tons of spinach, generous portions of cheese, and a hint of garlic; this appetizer is simple to make and heavenly to eat!

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients in small baking dish, bake for 20 – 25 mins or until golden and bubbly.

Serve warm

Garlic toast

  • 4-5 pieces thick sliced bread
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil (for brushing)
  • parsley flakes

Smash peeled garlic cloves, then rub on both sides of each toast. Sprinkle parsley flakes, and drizzle olive oil on all sides as well. Place on non-stick baking sheet ,or line with parchment paper, bake for about 7 mins at 375 degrees (turning after 4 mins).

Cut slices and serve with dip
