As for the aioli, this one is easier than ever. Starting with mayo as a base and adding some fresh, tangy flavors, really takes an average sandwich condiment to a whole other level as well as easing up on your wallet.

 

Garlic/Dill Aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped

Begin by combining all ingredients for aioli in medium bowl, cover and place in fridge.
