Ok, so I know I’ve been missing in action for quite a while….that ends now. It has been busy, we did some traveling, then we came back and had to get routined again. I still had some phyllo dough, and decided I would implement it into something.

 

I thought this was a cute little recipe especially if you are having a gathering around easter time! Fun for kids to help out with too. These cute easter appetizers are beautiful and also packed with just the right amount creaminess and crunch!

 

A very long time ago, when I was but a young girl at the cusp of adulthood (not really), I would visit Jessica’s home–always–just to get a bite of what’s cookin’! Her dad, to say the least, was and still is a damn master chef. He could whip up a quick five minute dish that would make sweet sweet love to your pallet.

 

Making homemade salsa is so deliciously easy, you will never feeling like buying jarred salsa ever again.

 

As for the aioli, this one is easier than ever. Starting with mayo as a base and adding some fresh, tangy flavors, really takes an average sandwich condiment to a whole other level as well as easing up on your wallet.
