Who doesn’t love chicken? It cooks so quick, and you can infuse it with any flavor to jazz it up. We eat chicken a lot! Although it’s extremely easy to just rub some spices on it and pop it in the oven, there are days when I want to really infuse chicken to  give it a new dimension of flavor.



Who doesn’t love fries? They are hot, crispy, soft on the inside, and partner as a perfect side dish with just about anything! Swapping out regular potatoes for these sweet ones, creates a healthy boost to your restaurant favorites. 


I love a delicious salad paired with my food, and in light of ‘back to school’ and the hustle and bustle that goes along with, I decided to truly keep it simple.

This salad has just three ingredients that merry beautifully together, and are a cinch to prepare. Don’t get me wrong, there is plenty of room left for your favorite add ins, but this salad is blissfully simple on it’s own.


Spinach dip is a party classic that never fails. It’s creamy, cheesy and brimming with antioxidant packed spinach. 

Served warm, this creamy dip compliments the crunchy garlic toast beautifully. 



This recipe is so simple and beautifully sweet, it would work great as a summer breakfast! Or dinner.. In my case. I actually walked into the kitchen to eat a peach, I remembered I had some leftover refrigerated pie crust, and the rest was history.
