So here I go again with pumpkin…I just had to find a sweet way to use up the rest of the pumpkin puree I had from my previous recipe. This time I wanted to make something creamy and rich, but I also wanted something simple and easy. As delectable as pumpkin cheesecake sounds, I was short on time, and energy…but I wasn’t going to let that cease my dessert making.

Upon planning for a dinner party, I was on dessert favorite. We really wanted to showcase seasonal produce, spices, and colors. You can’t get much more ‘fall’ then apples and pears. Crisp, crunchy, sweet fruits, that make a great team when combined to make this delicious crumble.

This recipe is dedicated to all my chocoholics, I know you’re out there.

They say the way into a man’s heart is through his stomach. I say, the way to a woman’s heart, is through chocolate (or at least it will guide you in the right direction). Chocolate is flawless, you just can’t go wrong with whatever chocolate item you make.

When you think of chocolate mousse, you think of a light and airy delicacy. Whether its fluffy and light or smooth and creamy, it’s a perfect ending to a savory meal.

If you’re like me, and you love sweets more than anything else in the world, then you’ll the scrumptious Blueberry Cake-ball. It’s simple to make, sweet, absolutely moist, and totally delicious. Also gluten-free, and an excellent choice if you’re craving sweets but looking to lose some weight and keep it low fat / calorie!!! Go ahead and eat the whole thing if you don’t wanna share!!! You won’t regret it!!
