Why skip breakfast, when you can make the most important meal of the day a treat?

 

I am dearly devoted to breakfast, even during those hectic mornings, I make sure I manage to consume a meal (even if it’s tea and toast). The right breakfast foods are even linked to maintaining a healthy weight, and giving you the right energy to start off your day.

This warm and inviting oatmeal is a such a delight. Fresh juicy peaches, golden brown sugar,a hint of cinnamon, and sprinkled with almonds (I think I am slowly turning into a morning person)

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup diced peaches
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • sliced almonds (for sprinkling)

Cook oats to desired consistancy. Add remaining ingredients.
