The best thing about breakfast is the early morning smoothie picker-upper. If you pair the heartiest and healthiest and most delicious fruits, it can and probably will work great wonders for your whole day. However, if not done correctly the smoothie can come out absolutely atrocious  We’ve all done it, paired the oddest fruits together: oranges with apples with bananas then maybe avocados and what about mango oooo figs and dates. I have no clue what that would taste like, but I sure as hell don’t wanna find out.


This Popeye Smoothie will do just the trick, giving you the dose energy you’ll need for the day and satisfying you sweet tooth craving!!!! It’s deliciously creamy, smooth, amazing, healthy, omg shall I say more?

Made with spinach, banana, avocado, grapes, blueberries, and pomegranate juice, this is JAM PACKED (caps totally needed) with so much vitamins, minerals, potassium  anti-oxidants, and all the right fats. It’ll clear your skin, build your immune system, repair your metabolism, and well, do all the stuff we want it to do.


What you’ll need:

  •  1 cup of organic spinach
  • 3/4 cup of (1/2 and 1/2 water and pomegranate juice)
  • 1 cup of red grapes, seedless
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 of a small avocado
  • 1 cup of organic frozen blueberries

Blend all ingredients until your mixture’s completely smooth and creamy. If this mix is too sweet for you, dilute it with water then enjoy!
