Summer is smoothie season! Theres just something so refreshing about sweet fruit blended into a cool summer drink. For this recipe I kept it simple and light, it's a perfectly easy to make smoothie for a hot day...and kids love it too. 

 

I have also learned that if you have a napless (semi-mischievous) three year old around, you have yourself a very eager model around,to show just how delicious this smoothie is..

 

 

What you need:

  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 orange juice

Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth
