Cheers to summer!

I for one love when the sun is shining and the days are longer. Perfect weather for firing up the grill, and mixing up those bright summer flavors into your cocktails.

While shopping, I stumbled across organic sparkling raspberry lemonade, I knew this was the key ingredient to jazz up my wine.


I’ve used wine because it’s what I had on hand, but you can go ahead and mix up your favorite vodka, rum, or anything that suits your taste.

What you need:

  • white wine (optional)
  • organic raspberry lemonade beverage
  • raspberry and lemon zest (garnish)

Fill glass halfway with lemonade, fill the rest with wine.

Serve chilled

* if using vodka or rum, it is best to use a pitcher. Fill pitcher 1/3 way with choice of vodka or rum, fill the remaining 2/3 with lemonade. Garnish with frozen raspberries to keep cool
