Having a sweet tooth doesn't have to be a bad thing...right? We have days when we need a sweet pick-me-up,

but that doesn't mean sacrificing fitting into your swimsuit..

I wasn't going to post this, I just going to enjoy it but then I saw my camera laying around and decided that this is pretty delicous, and wanted to share it.

I found some Fiber One pudding with 6 grams of protein and 1 gram of sugar (score) I made it using almond milk and topped it with some fresh fruits,almonds,shredded coconut and flax seed...it was perfect!

 

What you need:

  • fiber one 90 calorie vanilla pudding mix 1.2 oz
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • fresh fruit
  • shredded coconut 
  • flax seed

Prepare pudding as directed on package, set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours

Serve with toppings
